Why it costs more than the $49 tools
The cheap end of this market — Werx, QuoteIQ and similar — is field service software: schedule, invoice, done. It has no bid board, no purchase orders to mills, no roll and lot inventory and no schedule of values. The expensive end — full construction ERP — starts north of $10,000 a year and takes months to stand up. FloorIQ sits in between on purpose.

What happens when I hit the 5-project cap on free?
Nothing gets deleted. You can still open and export everything; you just can't create project six until you upgrade. No card is required to reach that point.
Am I locked into a year?
No. Billing is monthly and auto-renews until you cancel from the Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your workspace stays readable and exportable.
Who moves my data over?
We do — it is part of the one-time $500 onboarding. Send your client and manufacturer lists (plus item/price and open jobs if you have them) as CSV or Excel and we load them for you, along with five free changes to your app. Most shops are running inside a couple of days.
What if it turns out not to fit?
