See how FloorIQ works, screen by screen
FloorIQ follows a flooring job the way your business already does — from the bid invitation, through the quote, the material buy, the install and the final invoice. Here is what each part of the program looks like and what it does.
A bid board built around due dates
Every invitation to bid lands on one board with the GC, walkthrough date, bid due date and dollar value. Cards move from invited to estimating to quoted to awarded, so a Friday deadline never gets buried in an inbox. Win/loss history tells you which general contractors actually award you work and which ones just shop your number.
- Bid due-date reminders
- GC contacts and follow-up notes
- Weighted forecast by stage
- Win rate by contractor
Takeoff-driven quotes with your own rates
Build quotes line by line from your material costs and your labor rates by classification. Overhead and margin are applied as you go, so you see the real number before you send it. When the quote is ready, it prints as a branded PDF proposal with your logo, your terms and conditions and a signature block the customer can sign online.
- Material and labor rate libraries
- Live margin as you edit
- Revisions and addenda tracked
- Branded PDF proposal with e-signature

One job record from award to closeout
An awarded quote becomes a job in one click, carrying the scope and budget with it. The job record holds the schedule of values for progress billing, change orders, punch list, daily reports, closeout documents and the crew assigned to it — with cost and margin updating as time and material get logged against it.
- Schedule of values and progress billing
- Change orders with approval and signature
- Punch list and closeout packet
- Live job cost vs. bid

Purchasing and warehouse in the same system
Issue purchase orders to your mills and distributors straight from the job, then receive material into stock with lot and roll tracking. Barcode cycle counts keep the numbers honest, delivery tickets move material to the site, and reorder suggestions are based on what your open jobs actually need — not a guess.
- POs with acknowledgement and price variance
- Lot, roll and dye-lot tracking
- Barcode cycle counts
- Delivery tickets and tool checkout

Crew scheduling your foremen can actually use
Assign in-house crews, individual installers or subcontract installers to jobs by day. Foremen open the app on a phone and see only the jobs they are on, submit daily reports with photos, and log time that flows straight into job cost and payroll export.
- Week-at-a-glance crew board
- External installer assignments
- Mobile daily reports with photos
- Time entries with approval
LDC Lakeside Distribution · NGT Northgate Office Tower · MCF Mercy Clinic Fit-Out
Foremen see only their assigned jobs on mobile, with daily reports and photos.
Invoicing, AR aging and real job profitability
Bill progress or final invoices off the schedule of values, track what is outstanding by age, and record vendor bills and payments against the job. Because purchasing, labor and billing all live in the same place, per-job profitability is a report you read — not a spreadsheet you rebuild every month.
- Progress and final invoicing
- AR aging and payment recording
- Vendor bills and check runs
- Per-job profitability and payroll export

Your company, your branding, your data
Every company that signs up gets its own isolated workspace. Upload your logo and it appears on your quotes, purchase orders and invoices. Invite estimators, project managers, warehouse staff and foremen with role-based permissions so each person only sees the part of the program they need. No other company can see your customers, pricing or job costs.
Screens above illustrate the FloorIQ interface; figures shown are examples, not real customer data.
