FloorIQ is built by one person who got tired of running flooring jobs out of spreadsheets

I'm Joseph Gillespie. I built FloorIQ and I answer the email that comes into it. There is no support tier, no sales team and no offshore queue — if something is broken on your jobs, you are talking to the person who can fix it that day.

FloorIQ started because the work was being tracked in three places at once: bids and due dates on a spreadsheet, material on a whiteboard, and the paperwork in a shared drive nobody trusted. The general contractor wanted a number by Friday, the mill pushed the delivery two weeks, and the only way to know whether a job actually made money was to add it up after it closed. Every tool we looked at was either a generic contractor CRM that had never heard of a schedule of values, or retail flooring software built around a showroom and a point of sale.

So the whole chain lives on one job record here: the bid invitation, the takeoff-driven quote, the purchase order to the mill, the roll and lot that came in, the crew day that depends on that delivery, the progress billing and the margin as it moves. That is the entire idea.

What I will tell you straight: FloorIQ is new. It does not have twenty years of releases behind it, and I would rather you start on the free plan and run five real jobs through it than take my word for anything on this site.
